Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to track ongoing HVAC projects.
- Assist in scheduling installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of client details and service logs.
- Handle customer queries via email and backend CRM systems.
- Support inventory tracking and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality documentation and regulations.
- Manage company software to update project status and generate reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
Schedule: Morning shift, in-person work.
