Job Description
IAC Electricals Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be efficient in working with MS Office and email, possess strong writing skills, and hold at least a non-technical graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capture enquiries via email and Excel.
- Collect documents from customers as needed.
- Submit offers and maintain follow-up with customers.
- Verify purchase orders and track updates in Google Sheets.
- Build and establish customer relationships and handle online tenders.
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
