Job Description
The St. Augustine Education Society is seeking an Office Assistant for its affiliated school in Shyamnagar, which serves students from Lower Nursery to Class XII under CISCE (ICSE & ISC).
Position: Office Assistant
Required Qualifications: Graduate + Secretarial Training with a minimum of 5 years experience in an affiliated school. Female candidates are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the principal’s calendar and appointments.
- Prepare various documents and maintain filing systems.
- Handle communications professionally and greet visitors.
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹28,00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
