Finprov Learning PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Career Counsellor to join our primary contact team. This role involves assisting students, professionals, and entrepreneurs via phone and in-person inquiries.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries.
- Provide detailed course information and suggest potential career paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers and upsell services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Academic Counseling.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required.
