Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule the pickup and delivery of goods.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation and receipt of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and agents.
- Coordinate operations team to keep all parties informed.
- Track consignments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Identify challenges in the logistics process and propose solutions.
- Maintain good relationships and motivate team members.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
