Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Career Counselor to join our team at STJ’s Super Foods. In this role, you will provide individualized career counseling to clients, helping them assess their skills and set goals. You’ll utilize various career assessment tools, support job searches through resume writing and mock interviews, and facilitate workshops on career development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with relevant experience and strong communication skills. Familiarity with the edtech industry and online counseling platforms is preferred.
This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary of ₹5,00.00 to ₹8,00.00 per month, plus a performance bonus.
