Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Advanced Grohair & Gloskin Clinic. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring high standards of registration and admission.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational discrepancies, managing quality-related documentation, and overseeing invoice tracking. You will also create duty rosters for front office staff, update team members regularly, and ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
