Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to hire caregivers and nurses from various skill development centers, nursing schools, NGOs, and rural villages. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for different foundations and institutions, conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities include coordinating the hiring process from documentation to induction, providing counseling, managing candidate retention, and upskilling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹14,528.03 – ₹25,881.00 per month.
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, food provided, Provident Fund.
Requirements
