Job Description:
- Develop and execute innovative business strategies for our company’s growth.
- Maintain client relationships and retention efforts.
- Set business development targets and achieve them with effective planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team on business proposals.
- Conduct market research for competitor analysis and identify trends.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of mandatory sales experience.
- Proven track record in business acquisition for revenue growth.
- Experience in digital services or agencies is mandatory.
- Graduate in a relevant field with excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali).
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-4:30pm
