Job Description
EuroSchool Hitec Campus is seeking a dedicated Day Care Coordinator to manage our day care facility. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment for children beyond school hours and maintaining clear communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure child-to-staff ratios are maintained.
- Foster emotional and social growth through engaging activities.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and manage staff, maintaining effective communication with parents.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred); 2-3 years of experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹11,669.08 – ₹35,00.00/month | Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund | Location: In person.
