Job Description
Location: Kunnamkulam
Gender: Male/Female
Salary: ₹40,00 – ₹50,00 (Based on experience)
We are looking for a highly skilled Company Secretary to ensure compliance with regulations and support the Board of Directors. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining statutory books, organizing Board Meetings, and providing strategic legal advice.
The ideal candidate will have CS certification, 2-5 years of experience in corporate governance, and strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours. Preferred languages are Hindi and English.
