Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our front-end team at Hi-Tech Diagnostic Centre, Palarivattom. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and strive to deliver a superior patient experience.
Key Responsibilities: Handle calls, provide information on services, follow up on appointments, and maintain accurate logs.
Eligibility: Experience in telecalling preferred, bilingual in Malayalam and English, basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
