Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team at Everest IT Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily operational processes to ensure smooth execution. Your responsibilities will include monitoring workflows and timelines, collaborating with Client Servicing departments, and identifying inefficiencies to recommend process improvements.
You will prepare and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and track performance metrics. Timely resolution of operational issues and support for team members will be essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,586.85 – ₹41,144.05 per month
