Job Description
Job Summary: The Receptionist/Front Office Admin serves as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Process reservations and maintain the reservation system.
- Support administrative duties.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, strong communication, organizational skills.
