Job Description
Skylar Seaview Beach Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Reservation Executive to enhance our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will facilitate smooth booking experiences while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations through various channels.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with teams for room readiness.
- Upsell services to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Resolve booking issues effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, hospitality experience a plus, reservation software proficiency, strong English communication skills.
