Job Description
Main Objective: We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to drive lead generation through outbound calls using auto-dialers. The role focuses on qualifying leads to ensure a smooth handover to our counsellors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to convert leads into potential admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates.
- Follow sales scripts while adapting to customer needs.
- Communicate new offerings to current students and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous telesales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹18,00 – ₹20,00/month | Location: In person
