Job Description
Grace Staffing Services is excited to announce that we are hiring a Customer Service Agent for the Voice Process. This full-time position involves working the US night shift, with 5 days on and 2 rotational off days. We offer a competitive salary ranging between ₹25,00.00 – ₹33,00.00 per month, along with convenient home pick-up and drop-off services.
The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Ideal applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) and possess excellent communication skills.
