Job Description
Company: EEPIC Digital
Location: Dera Mandi Retreat, Chhatarpur, Delhi
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 7pm
Salary Range: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month (fixed) + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and WhatsApp.
- Update trackers in accordance with company policies.
- Manage customer communications effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Follow up on leads generated from ad campaigns.
Skills Required: Customer relationship management, English communication, problem solving, and outbound calling.
