Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team at Watchyourhealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing CRM support for claim inquiries at client locations.
- Resolving customer queries regarding policy coverage and health claim processes.
- Facilitating claim submission and tracking for employees.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for specific corporate accounts.
- Coordinating with internal claims units for efficient processing.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection guidelines.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Health Insurance and graduation. Good command of English is essential. Location: Hyderabad. Salary: ₹20k to ₹25k CTC.
