Job Description
Location: Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad
We invite applications for the position of Education Telecounsellor at Helpmate Solution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. This role is perfect for freshers eager to learn and grow.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA Graduate, with strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge is also required.
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹20,00 per month, with performance-based incentives after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound calls to clients, products explanation, customer inquiries handling, and maintaining call records.
