Job Description:
The position is full-time and requires in-office presence. As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Providing administrative support including document preparation and presentations.
- Overseeing office supplies and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Addressing miscellaneous tasks and supporting the Director’s efficiency.
Salary: ₹1,200,00.00 – ₹1,800,00.00 per year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 8 years of experience as an EA (Required)
- Fluency in English is essential.
