Job Description
Hurrem’s (Prime Foods & Confectionery LLP) is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Purchasing and Inventory Manager to develop and execute smart purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships and ensure inventory sufficiency while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate for the best prices and terms
- Manage costs and vendor assessments
- Control inventory to meet demand
- Manage vendor contracts
- Track metrics to reduce expenses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
