Job Description
Onclick Digital Marketing Academy is seeking a dynamic Front Office Executive to oversee front-desk operations and enhance student engagement. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting students through effective counselling and telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students and visitors
- Handle incoming calls
- Schedule counselling appointments
- Maintain student databases
- Assist with front desk administration
Requirements: Females only, excellent communication, counselling experience, basic computer skills, fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
