Job Description
Join Mark and Orion Ventures Pvt Ltd (DOC AND MARK) as a Customer Service Executive! Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing our products. Assist in selecting the right size and color, manage cross-selling, handle billing, and address discrepancies.
You will also check incoming stock for defects and resolve customer complaints. Working hours include day and night shifts, with a salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month.
