Job Description
Sakash Resources Management Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring for the position of Customer Interaction Executive (CIE). We are looking for male candidates only.
Salary: ₹18,00 to ₹25,00 per month (depending on the interview)
Experience: Minimum 1 year with good communication skills.
Age: 20 to 35 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering data via primary research on calls.
- Using keywords effectively for internet research.
- Maintaining good email etiquette.
- Communicating fluently in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements:
- Typing speed above 20 WPM.
- Strong computer and internet research skills.
- Basic knowledge of search engines.
