Job Description
Meetyour HR Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Exim Trainee Executive to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Pre and Post Export documentation requirements, preparing Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, and ensuring smooth shipment processes. You will manage export documents, follow up on Shipping bill filings, and coordinate with Customs, CHA, and Forwarders. Additional responsibilities include handling Import and Export documentation, arranging bookings from shipping lines, and assisting with compliance on licenses and certificates.
