ELGI Rubber Company Ltd is seeking hardworking and responsible production workers to join our team. This role involves assisting in the daily manufacturing operations of rubber products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate machinery and production equipment.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Report any defects or machine issues to supervisors.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI / Diploma holders preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior production experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
