Job Description
Season Two Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator to ensure smooth operations at our apartments and office premises. You will maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff by managing maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities: Conduct inspections, oversee plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs, supervise housekeeping, manage vendor relationships, and be accessible during non-business hours.
Qualifications: Degree/ITI/Diploma with 2 years of facility management experience and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
