Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to supervise and manage our reception staff. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth patient registration, addressing grievances, maintaining professional standards, and coordinating with medical staff for efficient patient movement.
You will be responsible for monitoring OPD schedules, handling logistics on high-volume days, and overseeing the counselling team regarding procedures and insurance communication. Excellence in communication about treatment plans and financial options is essential.
This is a permanent position with a competitive pay range of ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and the work location is in person.
