Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician L2 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to both internal staff and external clients.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance of all IT systems. You will work closely with Level 1 Technicians and escalate more complex issues as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. A relevant certification or degree in Information Technology is preferred.
