Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller to handle guest inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist our reservation team. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive, and able to establish a positive connection with potential guests.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Respond to incoming booking and resort detail calls.
- Share package information and highlights.
- Maintain call records and update trackers.
- Coordinate with the reservation team.
- Assist in promotional calls during campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of telecalling/sales experience.
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM).
- Customer-focused and polite.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
Location: Wayanad, Kerala
Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹18,00/month
