Job Description
Join TECHOLAS TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD as a Full-time Soft Skills Trainer. We are looking for an individual with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Knowledge of various soft skill training methodologies is essential, and previous experience in training or coaching is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include providing coaching and mentorship for professional growth, tracking progress, and offering feedback to participants. You’ll also assist students with placements and interview preparation.
Salary package ranges from ₹14,00 to ₹20,00 monthly, with day and morning shifts available. Weekend availability is a plus. This position requires in-person work.
