Job Description:
As a Career Counselor at Finprov Learning, you will serve as the first point of contact for students and clients. You will manage inquiries via phone and in-person, provide updated information on courses, manage call logs, and follow up on customers’ queries.

You will explain digital marketing concepts clearly, prepare training materials, assist practical executions, and monitor student progress.
