Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Member for our Customer Service department at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt solutions to assigned cases, analyzing complaint trends for senior management, preparing Root Cause Analysis, and coordinating with business stakeholders to resolve cases from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
– Must have banking knowledge (Loan division preferred)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
– Graduate or higher degree required
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
