Job Description
Join Reisemoto as a Customer Care Executive, ensuring customer satisfaction through chat and email communications. You will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide essential information while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3-4 years in customer service via chat, email, and occasional calls.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collect feedback for service improvements.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and strong written communication skills. E-commerce experience is mandatory. Salary ranges from ₹400,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per year with benefits.
