Job Description
Encore Recruiterz Hub LLP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Gold Loan Collection Officer.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling gold loan products to customers.
- Assessing gold ornaments for purity and valuation.
- Explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance Bonus
Work Location: In person, Day shift only
