Are you a talented Genesys Cloud Architect with over 7 years of experience? Vervali Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled professional to join our team. The selected candidate will start with a one-month on-site position in Bangalore, followed by the flexibility of remote work.
Key skills required include:
- Custom solution design and new feature innovation
- IVR call flow development and CTI integration
