Job Description
DataIns Technology is seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs, identify and engage top talent, and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your expertise in the functional areas will ensure a seamless candidate experience.
This is a full-time position with compensation starting at ₹10,150.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of recruiting experience, and proficiency in English. Night and overnight shifts are preferred.
