Job Description
Abhidi Solution Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Junior Executive for Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and managing candidate profiles using our Applicant Tracking System. You will also handle internal and client queries promptly.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 0-1.5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT. Strong communication skills and a passion for Human Resources are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from ₹300,00.00 to ₹400,00.00 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance and a flexible schedule.
