Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Agents for our voice process team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹28,00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. Successful candidates will handle customer queries and complaints via phone, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Shift Timing: US Night Shift (5 days working, weekends off). Home pick-up and drop-off services are provided for convenience.
Requirements: HSC or Graduate, minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
