Job Description
Soutien HR Strategic Solutions Private Limited is looking for BCom freshers for the Executive Payroll position. We provide extensive training to help you thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions: salaries, bonuses, deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns.
- Maintain employee records and administer benefits.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and management.
- Reconcile payroll accounts for accuracy.
- Comply with statutory regulations.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fresher)
Pay: ₹13,00 – ₹15,00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: 20/03/2025
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
