Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service work for vehicles, and informing customers about any necessary additional repairs. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative and customer relations skills. Key responsibilities include interpreting customer concerns, liaising with technicians regarding diagnostics, and estimating time and costs for repairs. You will greet customers, manage appointment schedules, and effectively handle customer complaints and requests while tracking vehicles through the workshop.
