Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Office Admin to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Handling clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitoring accounts, bookkeeping, and maintaining office files.
  • Overseeing office supplies and facilities maintenance.
  • Performing additional relevant duties as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of office experience, and knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
