Job Description
HiLITE Urban is seeking talented individuals for the position of Junior Officer-Tenant Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for tenants.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from tenants.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and handover process for new tenants.
- Maintain updated records of tenant communications and service logs.
- Prepare and submit reports on tenant issues and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an Accounts background.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in property/tenant management or retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Location: Calicut/Thrissur
Pay: From ₹25,00.00 per month; Full-time, Permanent.
