Job Description
AJ Skill Development Academy is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our thriving team in Thoraipakkam, OMR Chennai.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Requirements: A degree (no engineering candidates), minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage tickets, assist trainees via phone, email, and chat, and help troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Salesforce.
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹250,00.00 per month, based on experience.
