Job Description
In this role, you will source and engage IT candidates through various channels, screening resumes and assessing candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure effective matches. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, recruiting experience, and advanced computer skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an annual salary of ₹300,00.00 – ₹600,00.00, along with benefits.
Work hours will be during the night shift, and you must be willing to work from the office.
