Job Description
Join RealPage India as a Quality Control Associate! In this role, you will support Opsinvoice Invoice Processing by performing quality control alert resolution, data entry, and assisting with client inquiries and implementations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Maintain vendor accounts
- Enter invoices into Opsinvoice
- Address client questions
- Assist with client issue resolutions
Key Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Opsinvoice preferred
- High school diploma required; some college accounting preferred
- Strong MS Word & Excel skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
