We are currently seeking FRESHERS and EXPERIENCED candidates for a Work From Office (WFO) position as a Customer Support Associate.
Job Description: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and providing effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Minimum qualification: +2 (not pursuing any regular course)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts
Salary: ₹14,00 – ₹15,00 per month.
Location: Tech Mahindra Ltd, New Town, West Bengal.
