Job Description
TalentNexa Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Manpower Supervisor to manage workforce activities. Key responsibilities include manpower management, scheduling & allocation, supervising daily activities, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring worksite coordination. You will act as a liaison between workers and management, fostering a positive work environment while addressing any conflicts that arise.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00. The schedule consists of day shifts, and additional benefits include a yearly bonus. The job is in-person at our designated work location.
