Job Description
Al Adrak Trading & Contracting LLC is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing room reservations, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with departments for an optimal guest experience. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with hotel software (HotSoft / Treebo PMS preferred), and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of ₹13,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month, including benefits like food and accommodation, provident fund, and overtime pay.
